01We look up your home
Enter your address and we pull its property record — square footage, year built, existing equipment where it's on file. No questionnaire to sit through.
02We size the system
Your home's heating and cooling load is calculated two ways and cross-checked. If the two results disagree, we take the conservative one. An oversized system short-cycles; an undersized one never keeps up.
03You see three options
Good, better and best — each itemised, each with the equipment named, each with a monthly payment beside the cash price. Nothing is hidden until a closing conversation.
04A local installer fits it
You sign in the app if you want to go ahead. A licensed installer in your area schedules the work, and you can see where the job is at every stage.
Your system is sized twice, then rounded down.
Most quotes size a system by looking at what is already there. We calculate it two independent ways and compare them.
When the two disagree we take the higher figure and round down to a size that is actually manufactured. An oversized system reaches temperature too fast, shuts off, and leaves the humidity behind. Bigger is not safer.
