Ventrixio is a sales and project platform for home heating, ventilation and air conditioning work. Ventrixio is operated by Sentinel Heating & Air Conditioning LLC, a Utah company at 3237 North 2425 West, Farr West, UT 84404. This policy covers the Ventrixio website, the proposal pages we send you, and our text message program.

• Contact details you or your sales representative give us: your name, address, phone number and email address.
• Project details: the system we size for your home, your quote, your contract and your appointment.
• Messages: the content of a support request, and a record of the emails and text messages we send you.
• Account details, for the representatives and staff who use the platform to run the business.
• Ordinary website data, such as the pages visited and the kind of device used.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we send you messages about your appointment, your quote and your installation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop them. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The mobile information of the end user opting in to the message program will never be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

That promise covers your phone number and your agreement to receive messages. The section below covers everything else we hold.

• To size your system, build your quote and run your contract.
• To book and confirm appointments, and to tell you what is happening with your installation.
• To answer your questions.
• To run a financing application you choose to make, with the lender you choose.
• To keep the platform secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with a company working on our behalf, such as the lender you apply to or the contractor assigned to your job, and only so they can do that work. We share it when the law requires it, and when you ask us to. Every company we share it with is bound to use it only for the purpose we shared it for.

The platform uses cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use cookies to sell your information, and we do not use them to follow you across other companies’ websites.

We keep your information while your project or account is active, and for a period after that to meet our legal, accounting and warranty duties.

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message, at any time.
• Your information: write to us at the address below to ask what we hold, or to ask us to delete it, subject to what we must keep by law or by contract.
• Marketing email: every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.

Ventrixio sells home services to adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We protect the information we hold with reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and role-based access inside the platform. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

We update this policy as the business changes. The new version appears here with a new date at the top. If a change is significant, we take reasonable steps to tell you.
