Ventrixio is operated by Sentinel Heating & Air Conditioning LLC, a Utah company at 3237 North 2425 West, Farr West, UT 84404. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company. By using the Ventrixio website, by accepting a proposal we send you, or by agreeing to receive our text messages, you agree to these terms.

Ventrixio sizes a heating and cooling system for your home, prices it, and coordinates the work. Licensed local contractors carry out every installation. A price we show you is based on the information we hold about your home and is confirmed before installation.

You agree to receive text messages from us only if you choose to. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your mobile number is set out in the Privacy Policy.

If you are given an account on the platform, you are responsible for what happens under it, and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

• Give us accurate information about your home, because the size and the price depend on it.
• Do not use the platform to break the law, or to interfere with how it works for anyone else.
• Do not try to reach parts of the platform you were not given access to.

An estimate is based on public property records and on what you tell us, and it is confirmed before installation. If what we find at your home differs from what we were told, the price can change, and we tell you before any work starts.

Financing is offered by a third-party lender, not by us. Approval is the lender’s decision and is subject to their terms. We pass your application to the lender you choose and nothing more.

The Ventrixio name, the site and the platform are ours. You may use them to buy and manage your own installation, and not for anything else, without our written permission.

The platform is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of error. Nothing here affects any warranty that comes with the equipment you buy, or any right you hold under law that cannot be set aside.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Utah, and the courts of Utah have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We update these terms as the business changes. The new version appears here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
