Sell heating andcooling with thewhole job behind you.
You bring the conversation. Ventrixio brings the property data, the sizing, the priced proposal, the financing and the licensed installer who does the work — in one app, on your phone, in front of the customer.
Independent contractor (1099). Apply in about three minutes — no résumé needed.
Everything after the handshake is already built.
Most of what makes selling this hard is the part nobody sees — the pricing, the paperwork, the install. That part is the product.
A licensed installer is already behind you
You are not finding a crew, vetting one, or hoping they turn up. Ventrixio's installer network covers the job, and the customer sees the same schedule you do.
The system is sized before you knock
The property record drives the load calculation, and it is cross-checked two ways. You are quoting equipment that fits the house instead of guessing a tonnage in a driveway.
The proposal prices itself
Good, better and best, itemised, with the monthly payment beside the cash price. No pricing sheet to interpret, no calling the office to check what something costs.
Financing is in the app, not a phone call
The customer applies where they are sitting and gets an answer there. You sign, and the job moves to the installer without you chasing anyone.
One app, from the address to the install date.
No second system to keep up to date, no spreadsheet of your own, no waiting on the office to tell you where a job is.
The home, before you arrive
Square footage, year built, the equipment on file. The load calculation is already done when you walk up the drive.
Three options, side by side
Good, better and best, each itemised with the equipment named. The customer compares them on your screen instead of on a folded sheet.
Signed, and on the installer's board
The customer signs where they are sitting. The job appears on a licensed installer's schedule and you can see every stage of it.
Illustrations of the rep view, not screenshots.
From this page to your first appointment.
Four steps, and you can see where yours has got to at every one of them.
What you need
A phone or tablet
The whole job runs in the app, in front of the customer. Nothing to install on a laptop.
A licence where your state asks for one
Several states require a home improvement salesperson licence. We tell you which of your states do, what each one needs, and where to apply — before you can be approved there.
A way to get to appointments
You are meeting homeowners at their houses. Everything else — leads, pricing, paperwork, the installer — is ours.
01Apply
The form below — name, where you are, and the states you plan to sell in. About three minutes. No résumé, no assessment.
02A short call
Someone from the team reads your application and calls you. It is a conversation about where you want to work and what you have sold before, not an interview panel.
03Onboarding in the app
You get a link to your own onboarding form. Your details, the states you sell in, anything those states require, the agreement and your W-9 — all in one place, saved as you go.
04Approved, and selling
An administrator reviews what you filed. Once it is approved you set your own password, sign in, and start booking appointments.
The things worth asking first.
Am I an employee?
No. Ventrixio reps are independent contractors — 1099, not W-2. You set your own hours and cover your own expenses, and you fill in a W-9 during onboarding so payments can be reported correctly.
Where can I sell?
Anywhere Ventrixio's installer network reaches. You tell us the states you plan to work in when you apply, and onboarding shows you what each of them requires. The network is still growing, so if a state you want is not covered yet we will say so rather than let you find out later.
Do I need a licence?
In some states, yes — a home improvement salesperson licence or the state's own equivalent. Which states, what each asks for and how to get it are written into the onboarding form, so you are not hunting through a state website. You can start onboarding before you hold one; you cannot be approved to sell in that state until you do.
How am I paid?
Per sale, as commission, on the jobs you close. What you have earned on a deal is visible in the app as the job moves, and it settles once the installation is complete rather than on a schedule you have to chase. The specific numbers depend on the market and the work, so they are part of the conversation on your call — this page does not quote a figure it cannot stand behind for every rep in every state.
What training is there?
The app is the training for most of it — the sizing, the options and the paperwork are built in, so there is far less product knowledge to carry than in a typical HVAC role. Beyond that you get walked through the platform during onboarding and have someone to call when a job needs a decision.
What if I have never sold HVAC?
Plenty of good reps have not. What the job asks for is being comfortable in someone's home and honest about what their house needs. The equipment knowledge is in the app.
Tell us where you want to sell.
About three minutes. A person reads it and replies — if it looks like a fit, the next step is a short call.
We use what you send here to consider your application and get in touch about it, and for nothing else. Nothing is shared with an installer or a third party.
We read every application. A person replies — not an autoresponder.
